Industrail Design to Fine Arts
The Early Years
Since his formative, childhood years, Fred has been an artist. He took first place in the school badge art competition at Rancho Middle School. Even mid-semester at a university, he received an A+ in a design class before the semester ended.
Early on, Fred’s college guidance counselor saw his innate artistic talent and spatial aptitude and pushed him to pursue a career in industrial design. Fred followed through on this advise and obtained a degree in industrial design, paving the way for a prosperous career in the industry.

Return to Traditional Art
Fred went back to his initial passion, fine arts, after working as an industrial designer for more than 20 years. Although he is skilled in various mediums, his current favorites are oil and acrylic painting. In addition to religious themes and settings, Fred’s artwork mostly focuses on Southern Californian maritime vistas and figurative.
